Project
A delicately crafted brand for a Central London development. Venice Court is a boutique residential development situated at the north end of Edgware Road.
Full of activity and buzzing with atmosphere, Venice Court sits in-between the vibrant community and market stalls of Church Street and the tranquil waterways and handsome mansions of Little Venice and St John’s Wood.
Working closely with the client we developed a brand and visual identity for the marketing of the development that took inspiration from the Little Venice, the garden square at the heart of the development and the eclectic nature of the and local community.
As part of the campaign we also collaborated with Westminster College photography students. The brief was to compile a series of photographs that depicted what the are meant to them. The images feature both on the website and within the social media campaign.

A location and model shoot were coordinated to tell the story and communicate the charm and character of the areas surrounding Venice Court. Both the videography and photography were shot in tandem and colour graded to the same colour tones to create consistency between the online and offline application. The output; a seamless suite of lifestyle photos and a marketing film showcasing the area, used on the marketing brochure and digital marketing channels.

A fully responsive marketing website, showcasing the development, local area and building specification. A simple modern interface effectively communicates the brand identity, giving the user levels of content from top-line info, to granular detail and floor plans for specific apartments. A beautiful, elegant and user-friendly digital touchpoint for prospective buyers and investors alike.

The Venice Court marketing strategy was to create a multi-channel campaign for both on and offline. From impactful site hoardings through to factsheets and social media content, the Venice Court sales and marketing campaign delivered a powerful, elegant and grown-up brand for this new London development.
